This is a 110v version of the Mirka 1230M PC dust extractor, suitable for use with Mirka's range of 110v Orbital Sanders and intended for site use. According to HSE guidelines, M-class filtration is the minimum requirement for most work sites as it will handle more hazardous dusts as might be generated by hardwoods, MDF, concrete and brick. It is compatible with all of Mirka's 110v sanders including the Mirka , , and the dual voltage and .
Filter cleaning is done via a simple 'push and clean' system with available when needed. An air-flow sensor will indicate when flow drops below the optimum level at which point the filter should be cleaned or replaced.
The 1230M has an auto start facility so it only runs while the sander is in operation. This will reduce noise in the work space and extend the life of the motor. Hose and cable storage is integrated for easier transportation and the flat top has further storage plus the ability to attach the Mirka . This allows the Systainer site case to be securely attached for easy access to consumable items.
